מי אני?

אני אלחנדרה, חברים שלי קוראים לי אלה (זה יותר קצר) 😉.

עליתי מארגנטינה לפני 21 שנה,כיום גרה ביפו.

אוהבת לבלות זמן עם החברים, לטייל,לבשל, להכיר מקומות ואנשים חדשים.

אחרי המון שנים בעולם של גיוס משאבים בקק"ל ובענף התיירות, לפני 3 שנים עשיתי שינוי התחלתי לעבוד בHR בסטארט אפ קטן.

היום אני מנהלת רווחה וחווית העובד. כחלק מלמידה  לתפקיד וגם לחיים, ומתוך סקרנות נרשמי לקורס.

אפשר להגיד שאני מנהלת קהילות בתוך החברה אך עדיין מנסה לגלות וללמוד איך ליצור יותר מחוברות ולמנף אותם.

I’m a people person. I believe that by making the office environment a great place to work, we will be more productive & happier. I love my job: From running activities so that employees feel highly engaged and proud to work at the company; to taking care of all needed administrative ends.

I have experience as well in international project management, media strategy development, cultivating and maintaining relationships; Excellent multilingual communication and presentation skills and proven ability to inspire productive collaboration among diverse teams.

I'm a highly motivated and fast learner, with great attention to detail and an ability to deliver under pressure. I'm a curious and creative person who loves a challenge and expanding my knowledge, and I believe that every day is an opportunity to learn something new.
